Featuring low- and ultra-low capacitance with Level 4 IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection, the Bourns TVS/Steering Diode arrays are ideal for high speed communication port applications such as HDMI, DVI, and USB ports. Design Kits are offered for a variety of chip diodes.
