Microchip Technology PIC18F86J90 and PIC18F87J90 Microcontrollers are 8-bit MCUs featuring an integrated Real-Time Clock and Calendar (RTCC) and Charge Time Measurement Unit (CTMU) for capacitive touch sensing or precise time measurement. The PIC18F86J90 and PIC18F87J90 MCUs feature nanoWatt technology and extend the memory reach and peripheral set of the LCD MCU portfolio. These MCUs feature 64KB to 128KB Flash and 4KB RAM in 64-pin and 80-pin packages, providing an easy migration path across Microchip´s entire LCD-drive MCU portfolio and simplified application upgrades.
