STPS60SM200C 200V Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics STPS60SM200C 200V Power Schottky Rectifiers are new high-voltage devices that will help increase the energy efficiency and ruggedness of equipment such as telecom base stations and welding equipment. These devices are optimized for use in high-current AC/DC power supplies, delivering normal DC output voltages in the 30V-50V range. The 200V maximum reverse voltage is compatible with known worst-case operating conditions and provides the design margins needed to withstand overvoltages and remain fully operational down to -40°C, making these rectifiers ideal for telecom base station sites anywhere in the world.

Power Schottky Rectifiers

STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers combine low voltage-drop characteristics with negligible or zero recovery. The STMicroelectronics rectifiers range from 15V to 200V and from 1A to 240A, covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters to battery chargers and welding equipment. These STMicroelectronics devices are avalanche-specified for improved ruggedness. The devices feature a broad range of package offerings, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines and the PowerFLAT™ package. PowerFLAT is a step further in power density for 30V and 45V bypass diodes designed for solar panel junction boxes.
