WildcatFMC D-Lightsys® Rugged Optical FMCs

Techway WildcatFMC D-Lightsys® Rugged Optical FPGA Mezzanine Cards (FMCs) are rugged, high-density solutions offering up to twelve optical links at 10Gbps per link. Based on RADIALL’s D-Lightsys® components, these FMCs offer a tiny footprint and extended link budget for applications requiring long-term data transmission reliability. The WildcatFMC range manages up to 24 channels at 12Gbps, organized in 24TX, 24RX, or 12RX+12TX, available in air or conduction-cooled formats. Low power consumption makes these modules especially suited for onboard applications (aircraft, UAVs, satellites), and the devices are dedicated to high-bandwidth data communication in harsh environments. All WildcatFMC mezzanine cards easily integrate into existing systems or emerging architectures. Compliant with VITA 57.1 and VITA 57.4 standards, the FMCs fit all FMC and FMC+ carrier boards.
