Vishay / BC Components K...G Radial Leaded Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and designed for automotive applications. Vishay / BC Components K...G Radial Leaded MLCCs are Class 1 and Class 2 capacitors with a high operating temperature up to +160°C. This compact series offers a 100pF to 1µF capacitance range and 50VDC, 100VDC, or 200VDC rated voltage.
