Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection

Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. SRV05 Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SRV05 Diode Arrays integrate low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional Zener diode to protect each I/O pin against ESD and high surge events. The SRV05 series features 0.5µA leakage current, 1pF capacitance rating, and a moisture sensitivity level of MSL-1. Littelfuse SRV05 Diode Arrays are ideal for set-top boxes, flat-panel displays, monitors, notebooks, and portable medical applications.
