Highly Efficient Switching Regulators

RECOM Power Highly Efficient Switching Regulators are cost-effective, non-isolated modular, tiny drop-in solutions. These RECOM Power regulators are highly efficient, with accurate output voltages, extensive input voltage ranges, and wide operating temperature ranges.

R-78E DC/DC Converter Switching Regulator Modules

RECOM Power R-78E DC/DC Converter Switching Regulator Modules are 0.5A or 1.0A, single-output DC/DC converters that provide a cost-effective option for high efficiency and accurate output voltage regulation. These modules feature an input voltage of 6VDC to 28VDC and up to 95% efficiency (no heat sink required) with an output voltage of 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, or 15V. RECOM R-78E modules are housed in a compact 11.6mm x 8.5mm x 10.4mm, SIP3, TO-220 compatible package.

R-78 Innoline Non-Isolated DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power Innoline R-78 DC/DC Non-Isolated Converters offer efficiency up to 97%, eliminating the need for heatsinks. These high-efficiency regulators are highly suited to replace the LM78 linear regulators and are pin-out compatible with LM78XX linears. The high efficiency of RECOM's Innoline R-78DC/DC single output converters means no heat sinks to take up space and incur additional mounting costs for users. Features of R-78's include very low profiles, low ripple and noise, and short circuit, overload, and overtemperature protection. The R-78 components are fully certified to EN 60601-1-2 (Medical Equipment), EN 55022 (Emissions), and EN55024 (Immunity), EMC standards, and for EN-60950-1 safety.
