XC61x Voltage Detectors

Torex Semiconductor XC61x Voltage Detectors are designed with great precision and efficiency, leveraging advanced CMOS technology. These voltage detectors offer highly accurate voltage detection with minimal temperature drift. The XC61x voltage detectors offer low power consumption, and integrated delay circuits ensure reliable operation without the need for external components. These voltage detectors are available in CMOS or N-channel open drain output configurations. The XC61x voltage detectors are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free. Typical applications include energy harvesting, wearable devices, smart meters, microcontroller reset and malfunction monitoring, battery voltage monitoring, system power-on reset, and power failure detection.

XC6194 Smart Load Switches

Torex Semiconductor XC6194 Smart Load Switches are ideal for battery-operated devices using push-button switches. The 10nA leak current at shutdown is low, allowing the IC to reduce the battery's discharge and creating longer shelf-life for devices. Torex XC6194 also has a power good function (the PG pin) for properly adjusting the timing of turning on the DC-DC regulator or other downstream system. The IC is equipped with output capacitor inrush current limiting function and short-circuit protection function, realizing an intelligent load switch. XC6194 push button load switch reduces the power consumed during the post-load wait and when power is off and allows the power to be shut down when there is a system freeze.

XC619x Push Button Load Switches

Torex Semiconductor XC619x Push Button Load Switches feature functions that are ideally suited for battery-operated devices. These switches include a built-in high-side switch turned on by inputting an "L" signal from the device's push button to the SW pin. The high-side switch is categorized into two types: A and B, which can be turned on by inputting the "H" voltage to the SHDN. Type A can be turned off by inputting the "L" voltage during the T_OFFD to the SW pin.
