Mouser-Sponsored Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing Team Gears Up for IMSA Detroit Grand Prix
May 31, 2022 – The Mouser Electronics-sponsored Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing team chases their third-place finish at the Lexus Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio by tackling the Detroit Grand Prix at historic Belle Isle, Saturday, June 4.
Team drivers Aaron Telitz and Frankie Montecalvo piloted the No. 12 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 to a third-place finish in the Ohio race and will once again compete in Detroit in the GTD class. The GTD PRO class will not compete at Detroit, so the No. 17 Vasser Sullivan Lexus car will take to the course in the GTD Class with Jack Hawksworth behind the wheel.
Mouser is teaming up with Molex LLC to sponsor both the No. 12 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 GTD Class and the No. 14 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RC F GT3 GTD PRO Class entries for the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

After Detroit, the series heads to Watkins Glen, New York, for Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen, followed by four more races before the finale at Motul Petit Le Mans on October 1 in Atlanta.
